Gary Muneno has more than two decades of experience in property and project management where he has focused on cutting costs, being proactive in reducing long-term expenses and maintenance issues, increasing revenue and working harmoniously with service vendors, residents, management and staff.
Muneno has been the general manager at the 12-story Makini at Kinau condominium in Honolulu for more than a decade. Additionally, he also serves as a property and project manager for several other multi-family buildings, handling capital improvement construction and renovation work, budgeting, cost analysis and monthly management reports, among other duties.
The University of Hawaii Hilo alumnus, who has a bachelor’s degree in business management, has been with Avalon Commercial LLC since 2007. Muneno has worked at other companies such as Kazuo Totoki Ltd., Intertradegroup LLC, Pinnacle International Financial Co., Aloe Vera of Hawaii and the Waiakea Village Resort.
