Phillip Keipper is a Senior Property Manager and Principal Broker for Avalon Realty LLC. He has over 25 years in commercial and residential real estate. He holds several professional designations, including the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), both from Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He also possesses the highly prestigious professional designation Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.

Phillip Keipper is the Senior Property Manager at Avalon Commercial LLC. He has over 21 years in commercial and residential real estate and is responsible for the management and oversight of the company’s commercial property management accounts. He holds several professional designations, including the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), both from Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He also possesses the highly prestigious professional designation Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute.

In addition to his commercial units, he manages over 100 residential units within the mix of multi-family, condominium and single family units. He has a wealth of technical knowledge and experience that compliments the professional team at Avalon Commercial LLC.
Prior to joining Avalon, Phillip worked as a community association manager with Chaney, Brooks & Company managing 1,500 units in various multi-family, single family, and high-rise condominium association buildings. He obtained his State of Hawaii real estate broker’s license in 1998. He then transferred to the position of leasing agent and general manager at Gabrielsen & Company for the Waipahu Town Center and the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. He represented the seller as broker for the sale of both properties. He also managed, leased and sold the Lee Town Center in Waipahu.
Phillip previously served in the U.S. Navy as a naval officer in various management positions of increasing responsibility aboard naval ships. His last five years with the Navy was as engineering duty officer with Pearl Harbor maintenance organizations.
