Tiana Kobashigawa is a property manager with Avalon Development. She is in charge of property management of commercial and residential properties as well as financial reporting for owners and lenders for these properties. Kobashigawa is a licensed Notary Public in the State of Hawaii and a proud graduate of Chaminade University with a degree in Business Administration.
