Move Happy, an international shipping, moving, storing, handling and distribution company for civilians and the military, broke ground on its new warehouse facility this week at Avalon Group’s Kapolei Business Park II in West Oahu at 603 Komohana St.
The twin-tower Sky Ala Moana, a condo-hotel project on Kapiolani Boulevard, won approval from the Honolulu City Council Wednesday.
The Honolulu City Council voted 9-0 on Wednesday to pass Resolution 18-248, approving an interim planned development-transit, or IPD-T permit, for the project.
The Honolulu City Council gave final approval today to concessions that will allow for the construction of the Sky Ala Moana condo-hotel on Kapiolani Boulevard at the site of the current Kenrock complex.
