Modea is an adaptive reuse project by Avalon Development, transforming the former Davies Pacific Center into a residential, retail, and commercial mixed-use development in downtown Honolulu.
Honolulu’s Avalon Group reveals an innovative redevelopment plan for the Davies Pacific Center on Queen Street. Instead of demolishing the iconic 1980s structure, they aim to transform it into Modea, a mixed-use building, set to be completed in under two years.
Changes are coming to Downtown Honolulu. The real estate developer Avalon Group is converting a former downtown office tower into condominiums and units are already up for sale.
