Avalon Group (Avalon) is a multifaceted, vertically integrated, privately owned and managed real estate development firm with its focus entirely in Hawaii. Avalon owns and manages $350 million in valuation, over 900 residential units and 1.5 million square feet of GLA across Hawaii in partnership with multinational companies and financial giants in real estate. Avalon is a limited liability company owned by Christine Camp.

Avalon provides a full range of value-enhancing services including leasing, investment, construction management, project management, asset management and property management under three operating companies, Avalon Development, Avalon Commercial and Avalon Realty.

Avalon is structured to be a sponsor developer, fee developer, owner/builder and investor of various property types in the State of Hawaii. Most recently, 7000 Hawaii Kai, a $165 million apartment project with Hanwha America, a multi-national conglomerate originating from Korea. Avalon is currently developing the recently acquired Kenrock Building (located directly across Ala Moana Shopping Center), a $510 million market and affordable condo and condotel mixed-use project and Kapolei Business Park, a 178-acre investment with its funding partner Walton Street Capital. Avalon’s previous joint venture include the Plaza at Mill Town mixed-use commercial center of 2-acres, valued at $22MM with iStar Financial out of New York.
