Modea redevelopment project set to offer more affordable housing in Downtown Honolulu

The concept of redevelopment isn’t groundbreaking, but groundbreaking is usually involved in redevelopment. That won’t be the case with Modea – a project officially announced Tuesday for Downtown Honolulu.
