DreamHouse Center, a three-story, $33 million addition to the Kapolei community, will be under construction for the next two years and open doors in July 2024. The ground or retail spaces of DreamHouse Center will offer eateries, shops, and other services. DreamHouse, the charter high school, will be on the two upper floors. DreamHouse is being built one grade at a time over seven years. In 2025, DreamHouse is expected to reach capacity with 700 students across grades 6-12.
