Steve Kothenbeutel has been with Avalon since 2005, starting as an analyst and now overseeing acquisition and development activities. Throughout his 17-year career, Steve has developed projects from the entitlement and planning stage to completion. His projects include commercial and warehouse projects, industrial developments, as well as various charter and private schools. Currently, he is overseeing the development of multi-family affordable and workforce housing. Steve received his Business degree from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the Kapolei Chamber of Commerce and serves on Avalon’s executive committee.
