Avalon Development Co. is getting ready to start construction on a 100,000-square-foot warehouse in Kapolei Business Park 2. Honolulu Builders is the contractor for the project, which will be a concrete tilt-up structure, said Avalon President and CEO Christine Camp.
Plans include developing the property into a mixed-use project that would include hotel rooms, affordable housing rentals and for-sale condominium units.
