Avalon Development Co. buys Downtown Honolulu office space for new headquarters

Hawaii developer Christine Camp’s Avalon Development Co. has purchased a 4,100-square-foot commercial condominium in Downtown Honolulu, with plans to move into this new office space that’s nearly triple the size of its current digs for the last 16 years, Camp confirmed to PBN Thursday.
